What does Battle from Above mean?
The Apostle Paul tells us we are seated with Christ in Heavenly places, far above all powers of this world. We have Jesus' authority and the high ground against our enemies. We fight from a place of victory, not for victory. Jesus has conquered Satan, and our mission is to enforce the rule of His Kingdom in this earthly realm. Understanding what is available to us gives us confidence to face any circumstances. Realizing we are sons and daughters of God makes us secure and influences all our relationships. I believe this is Paul's primary theme in Ephesians.
